Harry has always been physically close to his friends. the Larry stuff is absolutely insane because it was clearly just teen boys being silly and you can literally view their actions anyway you want to. I personally think Louis is a bully and a lot of the things he said that are "Larry proof" are actually him being an asshole. The fact that Harry significantly distanced himself in like 2013 and has not spoken of Louis since the end of 1D minus saying his name in context of the whole group, twice, it pretty telling.

interesting, what “Larry proof” do you think is Louis being an arsehole / bullying? Genuinely curious- I’m not a Larrie like I said previously so I’m not looking to argue I am genuinely wondering why you think that. Louis doesn’t come across as a bully to me. I just think he has a very jokey bantering ( is that a word) sense of humour.

I do think they fell out like you said, but I still believe something happened between them. And hasn’t Louis said Harry has been to his shows so I don’t think he hates him as much as you think. I just don’t think they talk about each other in public for obvious reasons…

I'd like to see solo Zayn too. I saw 1D back in the day and Ive also been to Harry & Louis' solo tours. Really want to see Niall too because I've loved all his albums.

Its funny how to vibes are so different between solo tours. Love On Tour was lots of glittery cowboy hats, bright make up, bodycon dresses and feather boas.... Louis' FITF tour I wore Vans and jeans lol super causal, I loved it.

I really wished I could've seen Niall! But the closest he got to me was Tinley Park, which is a 2.5 hour drive and it was in our peak busy season at work. Heard it was a great show, though. Louis was amazing (also went in jeans and vans lmao). Harry was sold out in Chicago and I was not keen on the resale prices but maybe next tour! I haven't looked at Zayn's US tour dates, maybe I'll try to catch him.

Edit: bahaha I love Zayn but I'm not going to DC for love OR money. Maybe Vegas...

Just thought about how awful this must be for Louis, who sadly lost Fizzy to drugs and has dealt with a lot of grief with losing some of the closest people to him, to now losing Liam too.

I thought this too. He will likely think he should have intervened more. I think a lot of us saw this as a potential thing to happen, but dared not think it. I can’t help thinking of that talented young man at his X Factor audition; fresh faced, serious and very good. So incredibly sad. Maybe more allegations were also coming up, as we’ve all seen rumblings. Clearly he had a serious addiction too.

I think maybe 5 years from now Liam will give up on trying to make it as a solo artist, and try to pursue something else like acting

And I can't see Louis continuing long term. I think he'll eventually do more behind the scenes and look for new artists to promote

Ref a possible reunion etc, What would happen with Liams 'share' of 1D? As they've made it clear over the years that they all had rights to the name etc, does it just essentially get absorbed by the other boys, so they'd own a quarter instead of a fifth, or is his share of 1D part of his estate etc? Even if they wanted to work together again, I'm sure they wouldn't do anything without running it past Liam's family anyway, but would they also legally have to get the okay from trustees etc too as Liam's share could technically at this point belong to a 7 year old?!
Hopefully if they do reunite, it's because they genuinely want to, not feeling they need to as a tribute to Liam. If they did however, would be nice to see them do something similar to Girls Aloud recent tour, which worked well as a remembrance of the band as a whole, and a tribute to Sarah.

He hasn't seen his nephew in years and cut off all contact. His brother has had what can only be described as multiple mental breakdowns on social media about his relationship with Niall. He became depressed/suicidal and would talk about how he was rejected by Niall, pushed to one side, forgotten about, and then fans would send him hate, telling him to kill himself. Other times he's said he's happy for Niall but it's clear that their relationship is beyond help. He's talked about Niall's ego, how he only cares about money and so on

I thought nialls mum took the nephew to one of his shows recently? Could’ve been another nephew but TikTok was making a big deal about it so I assumed it was Greg’s kid

I still struggle to understand why anyone is asking for anything from any of them..why are public statements from people we don't know irl about a man who died less than 48 hours ago needed? I don't understand why we demand accessibility to celebrities to such an extent that it's considered acceptable to tear them down for choosing the "wrong" photo of their dead friend to post or choosing not to share the full extent of their feelings in an Instagram post.

Yes I just meant ‘all we can ask for’ in terms of if they were to release a statement, we shouldn’t expect more than what they feel is appropriate for them. Perhaps I could have worded it better, probably still haven’t worded it very well there haha.

I completely agree though, no one owes anyone their grief. It goes without saying that they will all be devastated, it shouldn’t need a social media post for people to know that.
