Get ready for the 5* reviews with random names that have only ever reviewed Nodbox
Not suspicious at all.
She just needs to give up. This is the third time she’s changed the name of the company!!!

When I asked if the products were legit and sourced from the brand directly they said they are 100% genuine and they have several different suppliers but aren’t directly affiliated with the brands. How can they be 100% sure they’re not fakes then?

Oh I'm glad Iv found this thread. Maybe it's dead I don't know but Iv been seeing them on tiktok a lot! There's always people on the comments asking for their orders to be packed etc and she does it on live. I got too excited one night and ordered a £100 box as a treat for my birthday. It's been a month & Iv had no updates other than my order being confirmed. Iv messaged and they say please allowed 9/10 days. Please allow 14 days. For delivery. But it's been longer than that! The chat on the Nodbox website says someone will reply in 48 hours they never do. I read reviews on trust pilot and people on there seem to have the same issue. I asked on the live and the woman who runs it says she's under a tiktok contract now and can't talk to customers about orders. But she's allowed to sit on live till 1am and encourage people to use Clearpay etc. Can't tell me where the £100 box I ordered is! Iv also came to realise its kinda a scam anyways because 90% of the items she is putting on boxes she says they are full price when nearly all of it is on sale on the official pages!

Also saw them tell someone on trust pilot that the order was done with the "old company" and the new company are dealing with it now. It's the same woman, the same whining voice moaning about her "lady issues" or how sleepy she is!

My advice to you is to do a charge back through the bank asap, don’t fall into her trap of lies. She’s such a bullshitter it’s getting embarrassing

If you're worried about it, talk to your bank and they'll be able to explain how it works and why you're entitled to charge back a purchase if you never received it. They can't take any legal action against you doing a chargeback.

I will do. Iv never had trouble like this from anywhere so it's not be a problem.
