Hopefully this page will link on Google when people search Nodbox and trust pilot… she just creates fake reviews after people leave bad ones.
I think she will do a name change soon like she has done already once!!! What a tit show of a company

Hi guys. I wanted to say that I haven’t personally purchased from this company but I have had dealings with the owner before and was very shocked by her attitude. She seems to threaten people with legal action often and shows no professional experience of running a company. I often see people saying they are having to open chargebacks for refunds and that should be the absolute final straw, a company should never let it get to that. I can only presume that they might have funding issues. Ignoring emails and not providing tracking is actually quite unheard of and I encourage others to report them to trading standards if they feel it’s got to an extreme stage. The reviews on trustpilot are suspect to me too. I often see that positive ones are removed, as well as some negative ones.

When I asked if the products were legit and sourced from the brand directly they said they are 100% genuine and they have several different suppliers but aren’t directly affiliated with the brands. How can they be 100% sure they’re not fakes then?

She just needs to give up. This is the third time she’s changed the name of the company!!!
