Just wondering if anyone does night shifts and what rota pattern you've found best?

I did 2 nights - a Tuesday and a Saturday and it was rubbish having them split as I never got to catch up on sleep properly before it was time for the next one, so get however many you do in a block together if you can.
Yes when I've done them like you did before it's harder. My work possibly want to change my pattern so wondering what people find best
