There were some technical issues I did agree with Anton about his posture seeming a bit out when he was in hold but you could see and feel the effort he was putting into the story telling and 'they had breakfast in the morning' so he must of done something right

All crushes aside those little on the spot meditations of his are so bloody helpful, I hate having to hold my breath for slow counts it makes me feel so light headed or being expected to set aside half an hour where I can sit undisturbed cross legged it just doesn't work for me I always break it or get disturbed but those little check ins he does are so manageable
