A friend of mine used to go out with her husband. He’s not a nice guy and has a very bad reputation locally. His family are pretty normal people. Some of the faces he was pulling and the dance floor footage is so cringeworthy. hated her dress, expected so much better as I generally like her style. She seems like a nice girl.

Dunno what she’s going to do now, besides the obvious! Pregnancy announcement by Christmas. They weren’t long together before they bought the house and got engaged. You can tell she’s determined to tick all life’s boxes and keep up with her friends. She seems nice enough but definitely high maintenance. She gave off bridezilla vibes for sure.
I’m surprised the wedding was pretty meh in the end. The Europe hotel doesn’t fit her country manor esthetic, I was very surprised by that. The red carpet in the ballroom clashed with her colour scheme, I’m shocked she was ok with that considering how particular she usually is!
Was it got together, house, engaged and married in less than 3 years? Ticking through the boxes..

I agree that she seems like a nice girl, if not particularly exciting. I do think she's very beautiful, and I like that she doesn't have the typical influencer look.

I was so interested to see what the wedding dress was like and I was very underwhelmed. She looked gorgeous but it looks like the dress 80% of brides have worn in the last 20 years. I did like the slinkier dress she changed into though. Agree that the wedding looked like a standard Irish affair. Nothing wrong with that, they're great fun, but I was expecting something slightly different after all the build up.

waits patiently for any goss on the husband. I had him down as a private school in Dublin6/commerce at UCD/job at AIB/pain in the a vibes.

Agree with lots already said here. I think in general wedding culture has gotten out of hand and people are spending insane money and requiring all this perfection trying to outdo others it’s just painful . I also think it’s becoming so common for average middle class girls trying to come across much more posh & wealthier than they are, anyone else seeing this more & more with girls they know ? My wedding cost 40k & I didn’t do anything special (I admit I was lucky to have gotten some generous gifts but saved hard of course) but my point is, if I spent 40k on mine I honestly don’t know what others like Niamh are spending all in , the Europe would be like 200 euro per head minimum would it ? Even with family help they must be burying themselves financially ? Think she looked the same as she always did on her wedding day . I think she got too caught up in the ‘classic’ plain bride look and to be honest I think sometimes that doesn’t work unless you are really striking (like Robbie henshaws wife) (I think Niamh is pretty but dress just average

She needs to stop with the wedding content 🙈 it is mind numbingly dull. Share with close friends but not the whole world 😂

I wonder what is next for her as this has been her entire content/personality for the past year (maybe more?)

She comes up now on my tiktok so no avoiding it.

I can’t believe that she had a wedding planner. It was so bog standard what did she actually need a planner to do? In saying that. I’d say she was a nightmare to deal with. The way she talks about the planner you can tell she was one of “those” brides.

Who is this one exactly? Does she do anything of note, Irish model or something? What's the day job?

Getting targeted by wedding insta as im a maid of honour for a family member and this one keeps popping up. Looks like another one who went "all white everything" since the engagement and turned it into a year-long event. The hen looked like more of a celebration than my actual wedding several years ago. I find it indulgent and almost infantalising, like a precocious child getting ready for her First Holy Communion. It's just a day like. Did she put herself in debt or jeopardise future investments to keep up appearances like this?

I’d say a full time day job would do her the world of good. It’s like she has so little to do that she ended up becoming obsessed with her wedding which ended up looking bang average. As someone said above her days seem to consist of travelling to Dublin for beauty appointments and walking her dog.

Can't believe they live in Naas. She's not publicising that on the socials.

But comes to Dublin to get her nails done? I'm sure you can get a french manicure in Naas, Niamh :D

I will say that their hotel room in Greece looks amazing.

I know her hubby through professional circles and mutual connections. This appearance of a lavish lifestyle is very carefully crafted but reality is different. He went from his first ever recruitment role to being "Managing Director" of a different recruitment company within 2 years i.e. absolute chancer with minimal experience. His "firm" was set up with his rugby buddies and they gave themselves fancy job titles. Its all smoke and mirrors. He's really not the sharpest tool in the shed and definitely wouldn't be bringing in enough to fund her notions.

I can’t understand why she needed a wedding planner. But then I suppose when you can’t remember to tan yourself, give your friends the cards your wrote, wear the expensive perfume you bought or write your speech before the night before, then maybe you really do need some serious help! She also only booked the honeymoon a week or two before the wedding. How can she be so disorganized despite making the whole thing her full time job the last year. God love her if she ever needs to get a real job again, not a hope!

Absolute control freak - shoving the wedding planner into position. Her face when she knocked the glasses, absolutely livid.
Agree- did not like the way she shoved her into place

What area of recruitment is he in?

Super quiet after the wedding.

Shocker that she has no content now the wedding has finished 😂
