VAVA awards shortlist is woeful and predictable in equal measure.

Chloe Henning owns VAVA Influence and they operate an influencer marketing agency. Francesca Morelli was a co-founder but left to pursue her own stuff.
Guess they opened to move more into the content creation side of ‘influencing’ as previously the likes of Cathy Martin would have been dealing with blogger, matching them up/introducing them to brands and PR events.
Think VAVAs role is just to get themselves more publicity and opportunity into the markets. And the influencers bring taken on by brands then make them commission. The awards are part of that PR & money making machine.
No the public nominate, supposedly.
But when you see the shortlists it’s evident that’s not impartially or fairly done.
