Couldn't find a thread for Natalie Rushdie so thought I'd start one!

For anyone who doesn't know her, she is married to Zafar Rushdie, Salman Rushdie's son. She's classically trained and has performed everywhere from the Royal Albert Hall and Wembley to the London Coliseum, before moving more into jazz.

I follow her on Instagram and quite enjoy her content - she lives out in the countryside now and shares lots of gardening, cooking, hosting dinner parties and general day-to-day life alongside the more glamorous events she goes to.

I like her content too. She lives a very different life, what with the swimming pool, and fabulous house and garden and clothes and entertaining; but somehow she is very down to earth as well. I don’t share her decor or fashion tastes, but despite having literally nothing in common with her, I find her quite relatable somehow! She seems lovely. I enjoy the decor and garden and cooking stuff she shares, and her parties look fabulous!

Her clothes aren’t my style, her house isn’t my taste and we are vastly different tax brackets but yet I really like her and enjoy her content !

Me too! I live on the outside of the world, completely different lifestyle, yet really enjoy her content. She is so nice too and will reply to comments on her stories. I like her outlook of going all out on things that bring you joy

I like her too however I can't understand her friendship with that Northern Irish wanabee Laura Ann (AD) Barr.
It's the most questionable friendship since the soloman hinch pretendship.

Same! I feel like LA being friends with Natalie has definitely given her some exposure - not necessarily to celebs, but to people with royal connections like Chris Jackson and Natasha Archer. Not that they'd ever tell LA anything confidential but it has put her in their circle.

I don't really know what Natalie gets from the friendship though. I suppose she gets company on Ascot days etc but apart from that, no idea... Maybe Nat just likes her?
