Hey
I can totally understand how disheartening it must be to have got on the scales and not seen what you were hoping for, your weight changes daily though depending on so many factors so please don’t give up if you want to lose weight for yourself.
As another user said, you should come join us on the weight loss thread. One thing I would also just mention is eating 3 healthy meals a day is excerpt and such a great starting point, but unless you are in a calorie deficit you won’t lose weight. Unfortunately things can be healthy but still have a fair amount of calories in. It may be worth just tracking your meals so you get an idea of how many calories you are eating every day and seeing if there are other areas where you may be having too many (eg. Lots of Mayo, lots of cheese on your pasta, full fat milk in your coffees). Once you know what you’re eating it might make it easier.
I have thought I was eating healthily before (and I was) but I was eating the amount of calories I need to stay the same so didn’t see weight loss, so bad to either cut back what I was eating or exercise more to be in a deficit.
