My Dad would be up for the Swallows and Amazons adventures - I'm sure he's trying to create a childhood for my kids from some 1930s Boys Own Annual, to make up for the fact that he only had daughters. He taught us all to sail on the creek near our house, but none of us were up for the camping in the woods or other things that were too outdoorsy. I liked my bed and home comforts too much for that!

Not sure she'd be up for hanging out with a Scottish OAP in Cornwall though.
