Muffled Ear!

For quite a while now my left ear has felt constantly muffled. Have used ear drops and although some wax has come out still feels muffled, although no more wax seems to be coming out at the moment.
I had both my ears syringed a while ago and lots of wax came out
Haven't been using cotton buds
Any other advice

I had something similar and a tiny bit of wax was touching my eardrum. See if you can get your ears micro suctioned at Specsavers or something it might be that. Don’t use buds they just ram more wax further down

@Kate1970 Did your ears improve at all? Did you get them suctioned or anything?
