So, Mother Pukka also goes on about her life as though she has two toddlers at home still when she doesn’t, and you know I think that the reason they do it is because the market for parents of younger children is more profitable- like once your kid is 5 and up you’re pretty much happily bumbling along in the groove you’ve found works for you, but when you’re in the haze of the toddler years who seek more guidance - and so I think that she wants to make out the boys are little and use these examples on them simply as a way of marketing and appealing to people who that is actually a reality for? Otherwise she loses relevance to a lucrative market.
Doesn’t she have some sort of marketing/PR degree? Everything she does is very tactical. She definitely isn’t naturally made for social media as I’ve said before but she’s certainly got the expertise to force herself in.

Am I lazy or like is that an unessecary amount of activities 🤣
No I agree. Just let them have some downtime after the excitement of a party!!

That’s odd, it’s gone! It was basically a slideshow of photos of her and Andy with a song over the top and the lyrics, something about I promised to build us a house on a hill, sorry it didn’t work out. And then the caption was SOBBING. Wish I’d screenshot it now!

Oh god I just searched for it and it was some weird fan account 🤦🏼‍♀️
I saw that too and was confused before I realised it was a fan account! So so so creepy, it would make me delete all traces of myself and certainly my children from the internet 😵💫

Completely - also children do need boundaries as it makes them feel safe and understand the world better, they also have to be allowed to figure things out for themselves sometimes otherwise you raise people who don’t know their arse from their elbow. Gentle parenting isn’t the same as molly-coddling, it’s more focussing on consequences rather than unrelated punishment (from my experience anyway).

I’ll be honest, I try my best but some days I’m done with it and some straight up 1980s parenting comes out like a possessed spirit 🤣
You're only human 🩷 parenting is fucking relentless

I always remember going downstairs before my mum on the weekends and watching TV I was around 7 or 8 ....but my mum did teach me what was right and wrong so it depends really on the child. I definitely wouldn't leave a any younger than 7 on there own while I slept though. (Again depends on the child)
Don't get me wrong when my two year old gets up at 6am I get on the sofa with her and put a film on and sometimes close my eyes but I'm not asleep 🤣

i found this so gross. airports are absolutely disgusting, i would never get into bed in the same clothes i wore on a plane. like you said i’m sure she could take 5 minutes when they arrive to put them into pjs

if the kids were toddlers then I might do it but not at their age.

how hard would it have been to get to their accommodation and put them in pj’s.
it’s not like they would be asleep,in the car and be put straight to bed.

i noticed at the airport she got food for herself yet the kids had rice cakes brought from home!!!

I’m quite nosey but I remember when they lived in the rental and it was nice but an odd garden layout, but to afford that house and all the major work to make it liveable they must of had a decent income before she got big on tik tok

She seems to pander to the kids to much, but gives of double standard vibes their body their choice when it comes to a haircut, but being online is not their choice it’s hers 🙈

I love how they think it’s a huge effort for people to post on an online forum - it’s no different than someone taking the time to leave a comment on one of her videos, something which she needs people to do to drive up her engagement stats.

Her and her gentle parenting gets on my nerves.

they are old enough to play upstairs and know not to go into her room and pull it apart.

that’s just basic respect for other peoples belongings ffs
I don’t practice gentle parenting any my children and my children are a lot more independent and respectful than I see her two little boys

Again making her life so much harder than it needs to be. Just let the kids run out of school and get excited choose some sweets at the cinema, a few slices of pizza along with carrots cucumbers and tomatoes as an end of term Friday treat not really proper food is it. Clean socks and a onesie? like that would of been the last thing on my mind

Yes and actually on the diet side of things (but not carbs related) we just had a cardiology appointment for my daughter - doctor noted that she may be iron deficient (she’s extremely pale tbh), and said we need to increase the amount of iron in her diet - might be another thing for Daisy to think about given the boys’ complexions - diet contributes to so much.
Yep we supplement with iron- we get drops to go in water as the vitamins seemed sort of expensive and he already takes so many for other reasons 🫣 I just think they always look exhausted and pale, like they need some daylight and a bowl of pasta

I scroll this woman’s stories nowadays it’s all ad ad ad. I saw a video of her making ice cream surprisingly with no ad in it, until she said using our gifted Ninja creamy!’
