Not done one of these for a while. Just 2 green days in the last 14 days and almost none in the last 30.

She does appear to be getting a very few genuine accounts following her - mostly house renovation accounts, but most new followers are either bots or are new accounts where I suspect her account is offered as an option to follow when you start. Maybe then the new accounts take one look at her account and unfollow. And as for the bots, they keep coming and they keep going.

I also thought that one of my followers had recently followed her as the number of common followers to her and me went up by 1. But it turns out I had followed a blue tick account of a well know science writer and broadcaster and they were already following her. I can't think they are tuning in to see R's birthday party or alpaca getting a shower ...

For me, too much staging for the gram and not that thrilling for the kids.

Personally I think parties have got seriously out of hand but some of the parents at our (private) school blew a pretend Maccie D’s out of the water. The first one I went to had a petting zoo, pony rides and a professional firework display. Another hired an entire set of funfair rides for the garden and outside caterers. (At this point, I thoight WTF have I got myself into).

I hope Ronnie had a lovely time because that’s what it’s all about at the end of the day. But I suspect it’s as much about her showing off and if she thinks her hall of tat will impress her school cohort and the Insta huns, she might have to try a bit harder.

Absolutely agree. I’m not surprised to see that she’s spent an absolute fortune on a birthday party for a child who apparently hates noises and lots of people, but it is lovely to see him evidently enjoying himself.

I also do not understand the need to spend over a grand (and it will have cost at least that if a person was paying) on a child’s birthday party unless we’re getting into the 18th/21st sort of thing; even then it’s not my bag.

The obsession with party bags and their contents is ridiculous, and let’s not forget giving out Christmas and Easter stuff to classmates too - why?

Also not remotely concerned about the unmasking Tattlers obsession - as others have noted, the overwhelming majority on here simply post what the z listers have already put in the public domain, or call out their blatant lies. Those that don’t and go too far are swiftly taken down and removed. Those types of people will post/dox/ wherever they can get the biggest ratios, with no care about who they’re doing it to, and are rightly called out. Hinch herself is guilty of doxxing, so I’m not sure she should wade in with her size 9s too heavily here.

Anyway I’m waffling now, but it at least seems we are, on this thread at least, all on the same wavelength, and that’s exactly why I love this little corner of batshittery! You’ve kept me smiling (and weird laughing) through some dark days and for that I’m hugely grateful.

Does anyone else follow the needtotalk podcast? They’ve put out a post asking people to recommend who else they’d like to see interviewed, quite a few huns have tagged Soph, even Make Up Kid has tagged he in it! She’s replied to a few with “ ” so looks like we have got that delight to come.

You're 100% spot on, I found that out many years ago when I worked in a very expensive jewellers in the dept that sold ornamental items, the ones with the money always asked for a discount and they always got it, whereas the ones obviously struggling never ever asked, they just scraped the money together and paid full price. I certainly wouldn't go into a shop like that and ask for a discount.

The paint thing why? Easel and paper is surely easier? I don’t want kids painting my windows door frame and step !
