If anything Hinch has been stalking and harassing us by joining this private forum.

What Hinch is too stupid to know is there are defences against libel, for example, what is written is the honestly held opinion of someone, and that it is not presented as fact. It's a gossip website. She would have to argue that people should take what is said here as factual in order to have an argument, and to do that she would be saying that much of the wiki info therefore was factual

It's the same reason opinion columns can get away with saying what they like - because it's presented as their personal views. Couldn't say the same thing on BBC news at 10 because that's presented as fact.

She's really embarrassed herself by being so vocal on this and now she'll have to come up with some excuse to why she's not going to take us all down when a lawyer tells her she's not got a leg to stand on.

Last year when I was I holiday I read ‘people like her’. I was already wise to the influencers and their lies, thanks to the wonderful people at tattle, but so many people still believe all their lies, it would be great if it was turned into a tv series, make make even more people realise how fake it all is.

Sounds like it was dealt with properly. Vinnie as a baby is unlikely to login to tattle to have read it before it was deleted.

That aside, I've noticed some of the smaller threads have disappeared (Mama loves leopard for example). Any idea why or how this has come about?

I haven't posted here in agessss but always read. Tattle gate is hilarious. All these nobodies suddenly thinking they're going to shut people up telling the truth about them. If they didn't put their lives out there there would be nothing to talk about. They want fame but only if people are kissing their backsides. No one is allowed to expose their lies lol.

The only reason I'm anonymous is because tattle requires it. I'd happily be myself and let them all know what bleeps I think they are lol.

Ps sad about hinchesouschef. She carried this thread half the time. I didn't think she'd be so easily scared of and let hinch and the likes get the better of her ffs

I'm not really sure what people are worried about. If you've not done anything illegal, you've just slagged off bad behaviour then there could never be a legal justification for your identity to be revealed.
Remember it took years for them to get the owner and he literally made millions off it. Nobody wants our fiat 500s and full large coke as compo lol

The kinds of people being outted are people who used privileged info from their jobs etc to share private info. I think it's fairly obvious that's illegal. It also makes it very easy for someone to identify you from the info you shared.

Not read the book, but it wasn't written by a tattler, it was written by Nigel who was on long service leave at the time. Without a word of a lie
