As much as she annoys me and how she’s made so much money from cleaning a toilet or dusting her doors i have to say I love the idea of her dad having his workshop at her house and him having his touch on the house with doors etc. She is so very lucky to have that opportunity. I am only in my early 20’s and my dad suffered a stroke and stories like that really hit home that I can’t just phone up my dad anymore and ask for help especially with diy stuff so I love the idea she’s making the most of spending time with her dad.

I like the fact she still referred to it as Hinch Farm, despite saying - it’s not a farm guysssssch 🙈

I’m going to rename my place Poppetta Houseboat. Doesn’t matter that it’s a second floor, 2 bedroom flat. I’m going to kit it out in a nautical theme. With tend portholes, stripey blue furnishings, anchors and knotted ropes everywhere. I’ll have replica of Rosie and Jim sitting on my sofa next to me whilst I flick through a copy of Waterways World to get me inspiration for my made up life.

What’s got to me the most about this whole move is that she doesn’t appear to have any idea of her privilege.

She hasn’t in any way been gracious or tactful with how she’s shared it. All she’s done is talk about how happy she is that she can ‘give back’ to family whatever that means.

She hasn’t at any point recognised that she is in an incredibly fortunate position, to be able to

a) own a house
b) choose to buy a new house
c) buy the new house without selling the existing one first
d) choose not to sell the existing one at all
e) have 4 adults (at least) all engaged in working on the new house, and sharing childcare
f) have no financial worries which cause her to have to decide between improvement work - she can just do whatever she wants
g) have no financial or employment worries 2 years into a pandemic which has been catastrophic to many families
h) have the luxury of time to adjust the children to the new house, and to move when she’s ready to

Her followers are mostly women and mothers who are trying to run a house while working and raising a family. It’s no wonder the tides are turning in her FB groups, if I was a fan think I’d be feeling pretty alienated and worthless by how tone deaf she is.

I’m going to compile a list of the dates SHE gives us:

Hinch Farm Notable Dates:
November 14th - Claims Weeping Al restored an exterior door

As an aside - all he’s done is clad it in probably mdf and paint with exterior paint (hopefully). It’s not hard. Looks like he glued it on. Replaced the door metal. My partner is good with wood. He says that would take him an hour to knock together. He also said it won’t fair well if he’s not used the right wood.
Eta - as someone else said in order to do this he would have needed his tools in the workshop. I’m sorry but cladding an exterior door to pretty it up isn’t a priority job within the first 2 weeks of getting the keys. Add further fuel to the theory that she moved in late august.

I'm new to this thread but had to visit when I saw she had purchased a farm.

Being raised in a rural location, I can't help but laugh at this 'farm'. Does every townie think that a garden bigger than a handkerchief that isn't fake grass classes as a 'farm'. I had a fried who bought a 'farm'. She had a ménage and stables for a horse the kids got bored of. Within 5 years she had moved back to a new build on an estate.

I live in a rural location with half an acre garden and hens. It's not a farm. It's hard work maintaining the garden which isn't just a large piece of grass fenced in, we have borders, a small wood and My parents have a small holding in a rural location and have about 2 acres. It's not a farm.

A farm is normally used for growing crops it raising animals for business. The place down from me which has a 2000 herd of dairy cows, grows maize and harvests crops is a farm.

Interesting! Can you say how long you’ve known her? Guessing it’s through a professional capacity not personal?
I've known Hinch via work (so a professional capacity). What I can say, is Mrs Hinch is a character. I'm not saying there hasn't been a few times where the lines have blurred to add to her relatability, but no more than what someone like Keith Lemon does/did. Sophie Hinchliffe is not the same person who is on social media - i know that's obvious to tattlers, but there's a lot who honestly don't see or understand the difference.

Mrs Hinch the cleaner is on the way out. Shes trying to move into lifestyle content creation, hence the makeup collaborations and the homewear. She previously wasn't showing enough of her life to be a fashion/beauty/home/lifestyle influencer so she used her sons to up the relatability and provide an insight to her life. In regards to this, there is more to come.

The reason she is untouchable, is because she has a larger backing than just Gleam. Hence why I'm very limited to what I can say.

I also spotted him today, he was on the phone and hovering about while we emptied the car at the tip. As soon as he realised we recognised him, he got shifty and waited for us to leave so he could empty it. Bit odd if you ask me, but he drives an 2021 Q8 so nice to see what else the tesco range funded

“she’s just going to take each day as it comes”
“Lets do this” no you are doing this not us we don’t have a million pound house you do !!

She’s exhausted sharing stories about her new million pound house 🙄
Whilst she’s got her parents waiting on her hand and foot and a husband who doesn’t work !
Can she actually hear herself 🙄

She’s actually making me sick with all this showing off but pretending to be a nervous wreck about it so the sheep feel sorry her !!

Shaking, crying and neck clawing over the stress of having so much to do?
You’ve bought a house, got the keys a few months ago, but it’s only just sinking in now?

4 adults that don’t work, with all the time to slow move into said house, slowly, Because you have the luxury of keeping your old house and you can move over how and whenever you want??

Fucking hell she’s going to need some counciling to deal with this Post Traumatic stress…..

More bad acting to make people empathise, when it’s actually trying to cover up the fact she’s made a shit tone pretending to be everyone’s mate, and we’re all along for the ride.

I haven’t been able to keep up with the threads so apologies if this has already been said. But why is she talking about this move using the language of someone who’s suffered a massive trauma? “Taking each day as it comes” - you’ve bought a huge house, no one’s died! No one held a gun (autocorrect kept changing that to hun 😂) to your head and forced you to make this move. Who on earth does she think is going to feel sorry for her? Not her followers who can barely afford to own one house, let alone two at the same time.

Sorry guysscchh was busy demolishing a chocolate orange and rose Prosecco so I missed the last thread and couldn’t reply.

Ronnie stims a lot which is a nd trait, everyone jus thinks autism but without my adhd meds I stim a lot. It can be anything but generally people will have their own set of stims

For me it’s twirling my hair, curling my toes, tapping my fingers, biting the insides of my mouth and squinting my eyes. I do it when I’m over or under stimulated and most people I work with report the same.

I personally don’t think Sophie is nd as I’ve said before. Her behaviour on filming herself is more akin to body language of lying. I don’t like eye contact personally either but if I want someone to know I’m being honest and open I make sure I do. That’s something I’ve had to learn and adapt to myself and I teach methods now about using eye contact with other nd people.

There’s nothing about her behaviour to me that suggests she’s nd. Most nd people are hugely empathetic and actually have a strong sense of things like social injustice. I believe Jamie is probably an undiagnosed nd person and genetically maybe that’s where Ronnie has got it who knows? No one ever will it’s all speculation. I’ve no clue where mine come from but I’ve got ideas observing my family who was undiagnosed.

I think the touching herself and looking away is because she’s having to think about the story she’s telling. When we naturally communicate the truth, we don’t need to search for the right words In our lexicon. When your fabricating story it’s almost like you need to find them because them words don’t come naturally to you. Touching the face when you lie also has a calming effect on your body.

the smile she has on her videos is always different to the natural smile she has when something has gone her way.

So in a nutshell no there’s nothing In my opinion that makes me think there’s something going on. I believe she’s fully aware of what she is: what she does and just hasn’t mastered the art of lying to millions of followers.

Can I just say, this forum may be full of absolute strangers and we have no real idea who we’re talking to, we have our ups and downs and disagreements, but at the end of the day everyone chooses to be a grown up and move on. The conversation changes and it’s back on track.

That shit is rare.

Plus we get some serious laughs 😂
