I get car and sea sick. Used to be horrible when I was in college as my bus ride was just over an hour and most days I’d throw up once I got off. I did find wearing earphones and listening to music helped a lot. My doctor didn’t want to give me medication for it as I’d have had to use it all week days I was in college.
The tablets I found that worked for me are the boots own brand ones, I tried other ones I think joy rides and sturgeons and they didn’t work for me.
The pressure point bands didn’t work either. I always try and sit where I can see out of the front window so I can see where I’m going that helps the most.
On boats I got told to look at the horizon but that didn’t work for me but I found lying down did.
