Nooo the broken-leg pose is spreading
It still looks dumb and twee when people do it, but in her defence, her feet were out of frame when she pulled this pose to show her shoes.

Compared to Ruby, who does it only when her shoes are already centre-frame and clearly visible, Molly gets a pass from me this time. Although I'm not quite sure why her videos need multiple 5 minute posing session interludes.

Just watched the first half of Molly's new video from 3 days ago. God, does anyone find the little dances and faces she's pulling when she's eating/drinking just as annoying?

More posing because that doesn't look weird and unnatural at all.

bestie I was being extremely sarcastic
Oh I got it 😀 Molly irritates me, I can’t deal with these types who display their individuality by being exactly the same as everyone else! I think she’s very inauthentic.

I do as well, I think she is super pretentious and copies so many different people. Everything about her seems very forced and not genuine

Hadn't she done the same with her videos about recovery, and then started presenting herself as cute bookish stident? Maybe she's planning rebranding again.

She did remove all trace of her recovery history from her channel description a few weeks back and changed it to 'just vibin' after deleting all her recovery videos a long way back. I'm not sure what she'd rebrand to at this point though if she's going to pivot from the booktube-adjacent lifestyle vlogger thing she's been doing.

She's also not posted on Instagram for almost a month. Maybe she's taking a step back from social media? I hope she's ok.

Oh no, that’s odd! I didn’t even realize it’s been that long since she posted a video/on insta. I really hope she’s okay...

So I’ve been thinking, and since I want to believe she’s somewhat smarter than certain others we know, could it be that she took a look at her content and realised she was still body-checking like crazy on camera and talking a lot about recovery and eating Manilife at every meal, and decided to take another break lest she trigger people? A lot of her followers were left over from her recovery days and let’s just say her rebranding as a literature studytuber was less than successful. She’s probably busy, too. I hope she’s doing well.

Does anyone know about Molly’s background? I’m still shocked from when she said she had never really thought about going to a place like Oxford until a teacher suggested it and she decided to apply on a whim. Last time I checked, it’s pretty hard to get into one of the most prestigious universities in the world after applying on a whim
She has a MASSIVE london house and went to a pretty good state school so she's absolutely playing it down. In many ways she's a typical Oxford student - rich parents who think they're too left wing to send their child to a private school.

So easy to make that choice when your state schools are all super nice and full of middle class kids whose parents care about their education and can afford to help fund the extras to make it a good experience.

If I lived in my house now and had an 11-year-old, they'd be going to one of the schools featured on "Jamie's School Dinners" as a place where mothers sold McDonalds through the gates to children forced to confront vegetables as part of their midday meal. Not quite the same choice, is it?

You would have thought she could have done a simple "bye I'm leaving social media" post on Instagram...
