Mobile providers that don't hike their prices?

I'm with EE. My £24 a month contract will rise by almost £2 a month from April. Are there any mobile providers that don't hike their prices by so much? Apparently Tesco and GiffGaff don't? But are they any good?

I've been with Giffgaff for years and years now. I buy a tenner a month "Goodybag" and they just keep giving me more data! I think it's always been unlimited calls and texts but the data has increased, and you get more anyway if you commit to staying on that plan for a while (even though there's no real commitment beyond the month that you've paid for).

I've been with sky for over 3 years, sim only and they haven't ever put up my price.

I'm with Sky Mobile and I haven't had any price increase. .... yet
