I honestly thought the stepdad did something but as time goes on and I hear him speak more I’m less sure.

There’s even a part of me that wonders if they have been spirited away by mum’s family.

That was my initial thought too, as it usually is isn't it? But there’s so little to go on

I thought that it was said that they were on a night out, one went to swim and got into difficulty and the other two tried to save her. Or is that just a rumour?

that hasn't been confirmed anywhere - but if that's the truth then that is very very sad.

According the report I saw, it was the family who made the image.

There’s reports on social media that the police are doing a press conference at 2pm local time (6pm UK time).

They still haven’t found her They are now appealing for a teenage boy on a bike who she was seen having a brief conversation with on CCTV who appeared to be giving her directions. I can’t get my head around how she has disappeared in an area so close to town with CCTV everywhere.

I saw that update. I also saw on one of the police FB posts someone saying they saw her in Dudley. Which I doubt is true.

I haven't watched this but does this case feature in another programme? The one where they show the scottish courts with the parties being questioned etc.

Why was there no up to date photos of them to share? Why did the family have to recreate an AI image from when they were teenagers? Did the girls have social media? Friends? Jobs? What kind of lives must they have had.. it’s all so strange and sad

I couldn’t see any social media when I looked. It’s really strange.

Is it confirmed the mother drowned? I’ve seen this commented a few times.
