Not being funny but she obviously stopped? Her predicted time at the beginning of the race was 3hrs28 mins so she obviously stopped to see Jake as she was 20 mins slower than that? Also he tracker stopped just after his too.

She’s gained her instagram followers post marathon like last year- so will feel the need to be relevant to running before those followers drop back down to what they were for the second year in a row.

i wonder what time she is aiming for, she claimed her easy run pace was 4.45km which you'd expect for sub3 but she doesnt look to have done much long runs

I honestly think if it was my first marathon, as much as I love my boyfriend and depending on how bad it was, I’d run on too but this is her third or fourth so at that point I would turn back. However we don’t actually know what happened to him and for all we know it could’ve been something relatively minor that she knew he’d be okay / he probably told her to run on

I would believe she was even a smidge genuine like this if she was now not using it as an excuse for not being faster…
