Was removal painful?I had the same assurances but I wasn’t contacted or reminded. So just beware
i realised a month after the full 5 years when I was clearing out my paperwork pile and found my little card reminder. Had to wait near on 4 weeks for an appointment to remove it with my local GP
Would recommend a little phone calendar reminder just to keep all bases covered
