Omg I forgot about that yes sure it happened on the same holiday too! Said she was missing and had gone wandering around all the shops on her own. It was all so bizarre. I can remember everyone sticking up for Mia saying it was fine that she had kept her kid out Til 1am because it was in the hotel bar and then Mia confirmed herself that it was on the strip! She outted herself about Marliyah going missing too so I dread to think what happens that she keeps private ffs!
I feel like people stick up for her because they like her regardless of what she does even if her behaviour is questionable

Oh wait I've been back on companies house, there's 2 companies with the same name.
There's an OMC Electrical LTD which is not up to date with it's accounts - Ollie is not involved with that one. I think this is the one you looked at first.
The OMC Electric LTD Ollie is involved with is was only incorporated in 2022 so accounts aren't due yet so he's not behind with anything.

Sorry my error, they've not got the same name at all, but they have got very similar names. One is "electric" (Ollies) and one is "electrical" (the one that isn't up to date)
He's a director of the one which is fully up to date

He could be a self employed contractor who contracts himself out to larger firms for work. A lot of off shore workers for example are classed as self employed and they do work for larger firms as part of a contract. So he's a registered company for self employment purposes.
