All that stress without a huge pay differential

Story of my life. I can deal with the Managing Director coming up with endless ideas and jobs and things for me to do.

But dealing with my staff below me, duck off. Just do the work and then go home, stop fighting over nothing, stop whining about god only knows what, and when I ask what's wrong, bleeping tell me, otherwise I can do duck all about it!

Here here!!! Like I ain't your mama. Do your bleeping job, you're being paid aren't you? There is zero accountability nowadays. It's draining dealing with staff. I'd almost rather deal with customers
