Read the article and didn’t see what he’d done wrong (apart from being a bit cringe, but nothing actually wrong), came back here and read the comments and very pleased to see pretty much everyone is saying the same! The Matthew Perry thing is cringe, but at the same time they matched. If she wasn't interested due to age, she could have ignored him. She also states that he was a nice guy and from the sounds of it he wasn't being overly forceful and intimidating. I could understand the power balance argument if he were seen to be manipulative or using his status to pressure her, but seemed like they were just chatting. Him acknowledging he's her dad's age kind of suggests that he is aware it might be ridiculous. I'd be more wary if he downplayed it and tried to move her her attention away from it.
What gets me is that she acknowledged he was a nice guy and says she feels a bit guilty about it...but she still did it anyway. He is actually quite vulnerable, and just because she is younger doesn't mean that she is more vulnerable and not as predatory. To be fair, she went after him. He responded, which was stupid but do we know the details? Did she put her real ago on there? His fiance is 29 so he clearly realises younger women are capable of fancying him. If she said she was even 22 or 25 that's not far off his fiances age.

So basically an 'exclusive' dating app for famous people allows some random internet wannabe and her 50 something aunt join? Yeah right
I really dislike this trend and the do anything and everything for social media fame. The younger generation want a social media paycheck at any cost. I don’t believe for one minute that she feels bad about it. She knows it’s still publicity in the end which is what she wanted.
