I recommend Lisa Eldridge on you tube for her make up videos. She’s really experienced, has lots of different make up tips to suit everyone and also is relaxing to watch

But your skin looks like it’s dehydrated hence the oily t-zone and dry skin. Also your wash might be too astringent for your skincare needs.
A lot of the stuff I’m going to recommended is “La Roche-Posay” as I have found anyone I’ve worked with and have recommended this brand to, has ended up using it permanently also as it’s a mid range skin care brand it won’t destroy you financially and the products do go a long way before needing to be replaced.
Face Wash & Cleansers -
Toleraine Face wash cleanser for sensitive skin.
Cerave hydrating cleanser is similar to it too but a lot of people find Cerave can cause an acne flare up if you’re prone to acne.
Both of these are available in Boots!
Moisturiser -
Double Repair Moisturiser - I have many high end skin care and I always end up going back to this. It makes your dry areas moisturised and leaves your oily areas matte.
CeraVe smoothing cream it has salicylic acid in it that gives the skin the exfoliation it needs, aswell as hyaluronic acid and urea to help the skin remain moisturised
La Roche-Posay cicaplast b5 is great for anytime your skin has any sort of damage to it, like irritation or dry. A lot of parents use it for their babies nappy rash.
Those Garnier moisture bomb masks are great and I think you should keep using them regularly as they truly are a good product
If you want tips on serums and other types of creams just ask but I want to keep your routine as simple as possible.
Your anti aging issues, the best thing to use is sun cream! Even in the winter you should wear some it protects the skin from UV.
Retinol is the best thing for anti aging effects but it should be used regularly if you want to see results. The product i use is Elizabeth Arden capsules but as they’re pricey I recommend the Olay retinol24 line. They’re a bit more pricier than regular Olay products but are worth it and they’re truly fantastic products.
Regarding you wanting Botox, go ahead get it if you truly want it. It will give the best result out of all the creams and potions recommended. But overtime it will just require topping up and the older you get the more you will need and it needs to be maintained. Your best off looking after your skin, protecting it from weather, avoiding smoking, keeping yourself hydrated, eating well and not over indulging in alcohol. Little things like that make an overall improvement on your skin and when in hand with the products you are using, your skin will thank you and it will look amazing.
The only skin care products I will tell you to steer clear of is anything too heavily fragranced (especially the soap and glory line)
For liquid foundation you need a buffing brush, kabuki brushes are best for powders. Separate your face into sections and do bit by bit, do not do it as quick as possible and just apply it all over your face immediately. Get the brush and buff it into your face as lightly as possible using a circular motion, then take a damp blender and bounce it firmly around your face, when I was in Korea and got my makeup done it was the best makeup tip I ever learned as it rarely ever fails on most people. It does feel like your face is being battered but you’ll be gorgeous!
Powder foundation less is more! Also I think with the primer you are using is causing the problem of cakiness as it’s making your face tacky causing the powder to stick to it incorrectly.
For powder foundation, I apply a matte primer(Bare Minerals have their own primer specifically for their powdered foundation), then I apply a small amount of face powder to the face, I use a buffing brush again, I blow off the excess powder foundation, I concentrate on the areas that need the most coverage and starting blending outwards to the rest of the face that doesn’t need as much, then I apply my other powder products such as blush, eyeshadow and bronzer and then I use. I then give a spritz of Urban Decay all nighter or Mac prep and prime fix spray.
For powder you only need a small amount and just give your face a light dusting of it to set your face.
It cosmetics has the best CC cream I have ever used and as it seems you struggle with pigmentation, it evens out the skin colour but doesn’t have the heaviness of a foundation.
For foundation if you want to try, I enjoy the Giorgio Armani luminous silk (it’s very expensive but it lasts ages) and a nice drugstore option is the L’Oréal true match it also has the best skin colour range compared to other chemist brand foundations.
