too faced born this way concealer is levels above shape tape (IMO)! I was a hard shape tape fan til I tried the too faced one!!!

I’ve got eczema on my face too - very dry in those areas and then “normal skin” elsewhere.
I used to use estee double wear like many other commenters but over the years it just became a bit too much and personally was a bit cakey and grey. I slowly dialled down the heavy coverage (took a while mentally to be comfortable) and now I’m using the ordinary serum foundation.
For concealer I’m using glossier stretch concealer - not great staying power but looks and feels great. Maybe try it out alongside some of the other concealers being recommended.
I’m Asian and have short, thin and straight lashes - waterproof mascara is the key for me. I’m not fussed about the brand. Wand can’t be too fat though otherwise it’s too difficult to get on lol smaller wand and lots of wiggling works for me.
primer - silicones leave my skin bumpy so I Can’t use the more popular primers. I’m on a second tube of a primer by a skincare brand called face theory. I can’t compare it to the other brands but it hasn’t broken me out at least. And adds a much needed layer of hydration.

Smash box vitamin glow is an amazing primer. I got a mini sample of it from an ad I saw on Facebook during lockdown and just bought the full sized bottle. My skin is normal/dry and it makes my skin glowy and makeup stays on all day with it. I have quite big pores on my nose too but feel they don’t look as bad with the primer. I wear it alone without makeup sometimes too for the glow!

I have similar problems.
Primer I’ve been struggling with lately- my favourite one was by revolution. But I think they discontinued it so looking for a replacement.
Concealer hands down is Tarte shape tape. So good!
Foundation I change up a lot. Dermacol is really good when my skin is super dry. For a lighter look I started using Tarte hydrating shape tape.

Foundation I use Estee Lauder doublewear ( night) and Dior Airflash ( day). The Primer I use is by terry brightening serum In shade apricot glow. Gives a beautiful glow and even when not wearing foundation this is lovely on it’s own. Chanel Poudre universelle Libre Natural pressed powder to finish. Favourite concealer is maybelline instant eye eraser. Charlotte tilbury Bronze and Glow. Chanel soil de tan in summer. Highlighter I use iconic drops with Mac soft and gentle added over the top for the evening.
Lancôme hypnose mascara. Estée Lauder eyebrow pen in soft brown. Blusher I use Givenchy Prisme Blush in rite and Nars in the shade orgasm for evening. I also sometimes use benefit pore professional when required. Charlotte Tilbury pillow talk eye shadow palette for the day and Charlotte tilbury vintage vamp for the evening and I also have a beautiful Dior smokey palette for special occasions. Favourite lipsticks are Charlotte tilbury Pillow talk for the day and MAC fresh Moroccan for evenings out. I also use Mac coffee ( day) and feline ( night ) eyeliner.
Skincare - I use Lancome gel cleanser, Lacura Vitamin C toner, Clinique moisture surge moisturiser in morning and Retinol serum and night cream from Murad for the evening. I use Liz Earle eye bright for my eyes. I use a Liz Earle exfoliater twice a week. Prai night neck cream and a cheap retinol hand cream which I use before bed.
I have quite a bit of make up but these are my Favourites so I tend to always go back to them x

The best foundation I’ve ever used is Estée Lauder Doublewear. I tried L’Oreal Infallible Freshwear as a cheapie daytime foundation, which is also supposed to be a dupe but Estee’s foundation is by far superior.
I don’t use primer, I prefer using sun cream and moisturiser and I find it tends to make the foundation last, not that Doublewear is going anywhere when it’s on your face
Nor do I use concealer, the foundation covers literally any blemish/dark circle
I use Dior Hypnose for mascara. I’ve tried nearly every single mascara out there, and this one is best. I’d say it better than Benefit mascara which I’m a fan of.

Foundation - I like light cover foundations so Mac face & body is my go to as it’s buildable. I also love the Charlotte tilbury light wonder but v expensive. I recently bought a CC cream by Erborian (Korean skincare brand) which is good if you want even coverage.
Concealer - Nars creamy concealer is my go to. I’m dry under my eyes and this I find doesn’t look flakey. I’m also using Cerave repair eye cream and I’m loving it.
Bronzer - The Chanel Soleil De Tan was a present last Christmas and it’s great. You only need a small amount around the places where the sun would catch you and it really puts my face together (if that makes sense).
Mascara - L’Oréal Lash Paradise is the one I’m using atm and it lives up to the good reviews. Essence (they’re stocked in Wilko) so good mascaras are £3! The Lash Princess one is a fave of mine.
No artist would paint on a poor canvas, so any makeup whether expensive or cheap will sit well on well-cared for skin. I really like double cleansing (first with a balm/oil, then with a hydrating cleanser/milk). Exfoliate with acids (Revolution do a 2.5% glycolic toner for less than £10) twice a week rather than scrubs and drink lots of water!

For pores I can highly recommend Benefit Porefessional - a little goes a long way. Foundation wise with dry skin it’s best to stay away from a matte finish.

Concealer - Maybelline eraser eye concealer is very good. It covers dark circles well, is good price and doesn't crease.
Primer - Elf Poreless putty primer. I've been using this a few months now and it's really good at blurring pores. Also it does seem to keep foundation from rubbing off around nose.
Foundation - EX1 Invisiwear liquid foundation is a brilliant foundation. I love it because it sits well on my dry skin. The shades have yellow undertone which is super nice. Their lightest shade is actually pale and doesn't oxidize orange. It's also good price in boots.
Mascara - Benefit roller lash is nice, I like the wand.

Yes original OP, @Walnutss is right. I forgot to add this to the bottom of my post, definitely not suitable for dry skinDont put double wear over dry skin or eczemaI love it but it wont be suitable for that type of skin

I have tried almost every mascara going, seriously, and last year I discovered Primark (forgot the name now sorry) in a silver tube for about £4 and it’s absolutely amazing. I stock up every time I go.

I have decided to go back to Benefit they're real mascara as I used this years ago and I quite liked it, I have been using the Loreal Paradise mascara the last few months and haven't been keen on it.
Still searching for a foundation, a few people mentioned Estee Lauder doublewear, I used this years ago and hated it on my skin.
For the primer I'm going to try Smashbox as a lot of people seem to recommend them.
