This tablecloth skirt is hideous. The only stuff that fits her is loose clothing and mumus. She wouldn’t fit in a tailored 20-22 at all.

No, it's totally not irrational. Completely justified
Why does she insist on buying an outfit in every colour before she’s even tried it on? She buys a lot of clothes online from places that have actual shops, like next and M&S. Why doesn’t she try in store first, given that she’s always complaining about sizing

I hadn't really noticed it was ill-fitting. I actually thought for once she looked quite nice and wasn't sporting yet another variation of her usual loose fit co-ord monstrosity.
Makes sense, I only have tiny bits so don't even bother with a bra just a bralette usually.
