You could try those new tik tok wraps that have been doing the rounds? I’ve been eating them for two weeks and loving them

as I’m WFH I cook at lunch times too so have variations of the below.
Tuna, cucumber & cheese (wrap)
Fried chicken, peppers & onions with cheese (wrap)
Bacon & egg (wrap)
Toaster waffles with berries & Nutella
Toaster waffles with bacon & maple syrup
Pancakes (savoury or sweet)
Omelettes
Batch cook some pasta and have for 2/3 days
Salads but with “fun stuff” too like Koftas, Arranchini, warmed Spanish tortillia, some cooked chicken or nice Italian meats
Burgers (with salad instead of bun if you’re being healthy)
Batch cook some fajita mix (chicken peppers etc) and have in the tortilla bowls with some salad
Toasties
M&S do kids sized ready meals that are really good for lunch size, mini casseroles etc for when you want something nice and warm
