I also get the vibe it will be today, something about today feels a little bit stressy...of course it could just be that my husband and daughter are REALLY getting on my last bleeping nerve because they bicker non stop! Husband is a miserable, judgemental b and daughter is a bleeping drama queen.

And sensible creatures they are too, mine escaped 2 winters ago, he was out for 5 nights in the freezing cold, he ended up in some farmers land 5 miles down the road, farmer was out walking his two massive Rottweilers and my parrot just landed on the farmers shoulder and said hello

Awe so sweet and lucky. We have a blue parakeet flying around our garden, apparently the owner lets it out deliberately, it’s cute to see but I’m sure a bird of prey will have it soon. Sadly

Selfishly also for myself. I have a really hard, stressful and scary thing to do later today and distraction mostly by reading/shitposting on tattle is the only thing that's making me feel better. That and propranolol. Had it prescribed a while ago but I've been nervous abaout taking it due to having asthma, but today's anxiety is an absolute beast: shaking, palpitations, nausea etc. Propranolol has killed it dead. Wish I'd been brave enough to try it earlier!!

Wishing you the very best with your though thing. I hear you on the anxiety, it’s the bloody pits, delighted the propranolol sorted it for you.
