Those expenses could be a lot of things like travel, work clothing, how she maintains her look (within reason to satisfy HMRC). Her latest accounts return show a very low turnover shockingly low for what she does.

As someone has already said on here they suspect they are showing "perceived wealth" without actually being wealthy.
