Lockdown sex advice

Anyone got any advice for spicing up the bedroom. We’ve been married years, 3 children and have always had an exciting sex life due to him being posted away etc. But Since July we have had the odd row about having to move away and haven’t had sex since mid July which isn’t like us as we normally have sex at least once a week. I feel like our sex life got a bit boring during lockdown so any advice on how to spice it up welcome!

Yeah I completely agree with this! We have tried a lot but I just feel like I have lost my confidence and spark so have been onto some online

Talk to each other. Is there anything you’ve both wanted to do sexually but never have or rarely do? Tell each other what really turns you on. Do things like bath together, shower together this often leads to sex without one or the other having to really initiate it which can take the excitement away for them sometimes. Buy yourself some sexy undies and let him see you try them and choose his favs

Being in each others pockets throughout lockdown seems to have had this effect on lots of couples so you arent alone. Fully agree with all the suggestions so far and that communication is key, although sometimes its hard to get ideas/fantasies across for fear of how partner will react.

However 1 way me and my partner used to use years ago when she was feeling a little self concious was by using a Cootie Catcher (pictured below) not entirely sure what other countries call them and numbering them and putting the idea/fantasy underneath each flap and that takes away having to voice it to your partner. Just have your partner pick a number/colour and go for it.
