Liver Spots - Yuck!

I'm starting to get freckles/liver spots on the backs of my hands. I hate them! Does anyone have any advice/recommendations for getting rid of them? I always wear sunscreen when I go out (I had skin cancer on the back of one of my hands) but this is obviously not enough. Thanks in advance!

They are caused by the sun so as you are already using sunscreen there is not a lot you can do and you can’t get rid of them but you could try using a tinted sunscreen.

I’ve had them since my 30’s I think from walking about pushing a pram/pushchair when my kids were young!
