They are caused by the sun so as you are already using sunscreen there is not a lot you can do and you can’t get rid of them but you could try using a tinted sunscreen.I'm starting to get freckles/liver spots on the backs of my hands.I hate them! Does anyone have any advice/recommendations for getting rid of them? I always wear sunscreen when I go out (I had skin cancer on the back of one of my hands) but this is obviously not enough. Thanks in advance!
I’ve had them since my 30’s I think from walking about pushing a pram/pushchair when my kids were young!
