I’ve a feeling the brows will be a sole launch then holiday things will follow in succession up until Christmas.
I really don’t need a brow product as I have a L’Oréal brow artist superfine pencil and my trusty Bobbi brown mahogany eyeshadow and brush but of course..,.I’ll want what Lisa has created!! The perfect ash brown brow.

I've never found a brow product that I love; hoping this might be The One! (Plucked them into oblivion as a teenager, lots of sparse patches and weird growth - my skin is so oily that even microblading doesn't last long ...)

Very excited for a brow product. I’ve tried everything and nothing is perfect.

Bobbi Brown long wear brow pencil is my best bet at the moment. Wunderbrow is too thick. Anastasia brow wiz good but lacks staying power. Benefit. Soap and Glory. No 7. You name it, I’ve probably used it! I use Eyelure as have hairs but they’re so pale. But they’re also sparse enough that Eyelure just gets me to looking like a ‘before’ photo.

what a lot of work just to try and have some kind of face.

I hope she makes a grey pencil - come on Lisa, be age inclusive!

The only grey eyebrow pencil I've liked so far is Nyx, and it's not that great. I would happily buy a grey Lisa pencil without even trying it first as you just know it would be fantastic.

Shade info!!

all about the undertones and matching to your brow rather than your hair colour…

the tones look subtle

Hmm. No grey, and the 'you'll need two colours' seems like a crass oversell, not typically Lisa.

They suggested 2 with the pinpoint concealer too, one was more 'brightening'.

Does anyone know if she has a new investor, Finance bod or anything of that ilk?

Hmm, tbh that doesn't excite me. I will purchase, and I'll get replacements of the cleanser and skin tint, but I won't hold my breath for it to be the holy grail.

Be interesting to see her instruction video on these brow pencils. I guess for perfection you may need two but in reality who has the time and skill to be layering shades? If it really is necessary to have two, then maybe a double ended twist up pencil with refills would have beenbetter so you could choose the two colours best for you? I remember Estée Lauder doing this design of refillable double ended pen for lips or eyes back in the late 1990s

In a world where any solo seller can make a shopify shop in an hour, that sounds bizarre
admin issues may be anything, not just website/shop related. Organising the shipping and import/export etc.

At least she has been honest and postponed the launch.
Hirons knew there was a problem with not having one item ready for her kit yet still allowed people to order, stating 15 working days for delivery. Took the money immediately and apparently people are still waiting.

I know which customer service I’d prefer.

I wonder if it's anything to do with the website because it's been updated to remove the 'summer' and 'new' tags for desert gleam and new lipsticks.
I've just gone on and it's not working right. The rouge experience refill page won't show the shades, it just goes to toasted saying it's out of stock but you can get the lipstick case version. I can't get rid of that pop up to see any other shades.

Oh I had that yesterday with the Toasted refill out of stock message but I put that down to me being in an area with poor signal but perhaps not. 🤔
