Sorry for the long link but I'm a long time cracked lip sufferer like others here and this is the only one that works for me! Even better than the EA 8 hour cream. I even use it on dry patches on my skin, I mix it with a drop of hyaluronic acid and don't need any more until bedtime!

I also find Vaseline in the tin makes lips worse, but I love Vaseline in the plastic tub! I swear by it especially at night. It’s a different consistency.

Also Blistex medicated - that little metal tube one. It may have been discontinued though as I haven’t seen it in Boots for ages.

This will sound odd but lansinoh nipple balm is the best thing I’ve used for cracked lips. You can buy it in Boots for around £6 fir a small tube.
It contains lanolin so don’t try if if you’re allergic
This is the only thing I use on my lips. It's amazing. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

I like eos - little sphere shaped pots, you can get them in boots/Superdrug for about £5ea but my local home bargains sells them
For £2ish, prefer the lighter scented/coconut ones to the heavier fragrances (ie summer berries)

I too get really saw lips and I have a bad habit of biting my lips/the skin when I'm anxious and the only one that has really helped is Lanolips I have a strawberry one

I'm a Carmex addict but looking for something new. Thanks for all the suggestions, think I'll give Lanolips a go!

Kosas lip fuel and Burt’s Bees vanilla bean moisturizing lip balm are what I use. Lip balm is like shampoo for me where I have to switch up whatever I’m using in order to continue reaping the benefits.

I got a free sample of Dermologica Age Lip Smart and it's really helped my lips. Thinking about purchasing the full size.

There's a brand sold in Holland and Barrett called Dr Organic which do good lip balms but they're £3.99.

I also like the Aldi dupe of the Elizabeth Arden 8hr cream.

Anything by burts bees is a winner and this time of year you can get some lovely little sets on offer

I buy a handmade one and it is hands down the best balm I have ever used and I've used a lot... From expensive to cheaper options but this beats them all.

I used to have chapped lips but no longer. I saw a video by Charlotte Parler on her tik tok. Moisten your lips with water, then use a moisturizer on lips (glaze it like a donut ha) and then put on a thick balm like La Neige lip mask, aquaphor, etc. Lips don’t have sebaceous glands.

Good luck!
