Actually think for the job spec in theory it should be a higher wage. They have made it sound like a UK wide role in terms of reach and expectations in the language used rather than just NW Ireland/NI. It’s a great salary for a small local group but the description Makes it sound much more important

Perhaps some of the child rioters parents could attend to give them confidence in the politician system. I don’t agree with what they do or their beliefs but perhaps they would feel less marginalised. GFA was just a very large sticking plaster and I don’t think it has been resolved as people are still angry about their great uncle Jim who was killed by loyalists/RA/RUC etc etc…

The troubles are still very much with us they were part of our lives, our childhood! We’re still a good few generations away from real change.
