Leasing cars

Just looking to see what people's experiences are of leasing cars?

I've generalaly owned/paid of my cars in the past and kept for 4-5 years. I bought my current with a low interest loan from the bank. Currently I could likely sell it for a lot more than I owe and find a lease for the same (or lower) monthly price but not sure if this is too good to be true

So the main thing with the lease it you dint own the car so have to comply with their requirements. Such as specific tyres etc.

Also the end of lease vehicle check is extensive and they are very thorough. However you can get companies that will do prechecks and guarantee any work they do etc.
