The rule is just that ads need to be clearly disclosed not that they can’t show a story around it. Sure if that was the case every ad on telly would be against the law.If you are watching TV you know what’s on between shows is an Ad, if these instagrammers/tiktokkers didn’t have to disclose if it was an ad, you wouldn’t be aware if the person was being PAID to tell you it’s good or if they genuinely find the product good.

Yeah thats literally the whole point of saying its an ad so people know theres a paid partnership but that doesnt mean the content has to look like a flashing THIS IS AN AD sign. Influencers can still show it like they’ve found it or been recommended it as long as its clearly labelled somewhere that its sponsored which she has
