I’m so happy the amount of backlash she’s getting atm. Telling people they’re boring for prioritising their health over going out at night (which has been getting more and more dangerous for women these days anyway, never mind the cost of it) is an absolutely crazy take and when anybody else explains their own side of that opinion they get slated back. Half her replies on her “apology” are so sarcastic to people as well. She’s such a dose and could do with a reality check. Can’t wait for this market to be dried up and people don’t listen to anything she says anymore

In fairness she is making a reasonable point but coming across like she's giving out to everyone. Personally I think influencers in general are partially to blame since showing yourself drinking and partying isn't what a lot of brands are looking for. Influencers almost push girls from like 16+ to be soccer moms in America meanwhile boys are getting scammed by PT's and Forex traders all trying to sell them a course on how to be successful by throwing buzz words at them. Lauren talks about having balance because planning to enjoy nights out and go feral when you're older is pretty much a no go. Like I used to go out on Friday and play football at 12 on the Saturday, out that night and rugby on the Sunday never batted an eye shower coffee and something to eat and the hangover was gone. But the delivery kills any point she's trying to make
