Never created a thread before but wanted to make one for Laura Blair aka London Fashion Girl.

She was a dancer and was on the Bachelor with Gavin Henson many moons ago and the Bachelor Winter Games before she became a YouTuber/ influencer.

What are your thoughts on her?

She was so much better in the old flat, pre and during covid now it’s all fake completely.
the outfits are all the same and styled with the same silhouette each time,wish she had some variety.
the instagrams of walking down the street vampire style is getting old. She looks ridiculous and the people in the background are thinking overdressed wannabe.

She comes across as a grafter who never quite seems to get where she wants to be, whilst people like Lydia Millen seem to cruise ahead of her. Is Lydia the bitch people say she is?

I agree Laura it's strong and brave in terms of the things she went trough, if she wasn't so "try-hard" with this whole luxury content attempt it may be her following would grow more organically. She was full in crisis trying to sort out if going back North could be an option, somehow stayed in London but the grinder is too harsh at the moment.

As a now-Londoner myself I can see a lot of people struggling to "keep up" with their lifestyles.

Lydia - I do not follow her that much as her content is such a bore, the Tattle thread kind of hate her too much (in my opinion of course), truth is she became unlikable due to pathologically lying all the time, is actually tragic to watch when you realise how mentally ill she is.

Laura has been trying and failing to be friends with Lydia for a long time, in some Laura's vlogs she recorded the classic "here with Lydia!" snippet, like when they both attended the Royal Opera by Karen Millen invite and Lydia's reaction was soooo cold. I think Laura keeps peace with Lydia as their demography may be very similar (in terms of followers looking for that style of clothes) and that's it.

The pony tail clip in is to go with her awkward pony walk with the ridiculously long strides. I don't know how she doesn't fall over - she's practically doing the splits.

I'd love to see the filming IRL - I feel like it'd be very awkward viewing.

She does look v thin atm I agree - overexercising, undereating probably.

I think the issue of our generation, perhaps influencers like Laura being an extreme example, is that we are self obsessed in a way is off-putting for other people, including potential partners

Laura's "job" is to take half naked shots in London city for content / clicks, I can see a mile away why this causes issues with plenty relationships and love life.

As soon as you break the victim bubble you can brush away your ego and a lot of things come back to you easily

Laura keeps repeating herself, not providing names of course, that during her lockdown era she was surrounded by "bad people" taking advantage of her. I wonder if Laura asked Georg some favours back when she was in the messy flat situation and then bang, she did not help as much and Laura took it personal.

The timing was like that - as soon as Laura started having the weird flats situation, she took a flight to Paris (which Georg joined) and shortly after she vanished from her life.

Now it seems Georg is doing great with her "influencer" career, it could be smoke and mirrors of course but she looks great and her energy is in the right place most days

I know that one of the bad people was her agent who took off with £50k of Laura's earnings. Not sure who the others were unless she means the influenzas who she's desperate to get to the same level as.
Laura seems to strive so hard to get to a level where she'll never be accepted and if she ever got there she'd probably realise she was miserable. She's starting to remind me of Victoria Beckham where it looks unnatural (the desperation). I'm probably not explaining myself well). She needs to go back to her happy place whatever that was.
I started watching Georg after seeing her in Laura's vlog and was slowly drawn in to watching her. She does seem so loved by her friends as she recovers from the blows she suffered 3 years ago. Even down to them leaving a special present and card on her doorstep when she was out, so she would know how much she is appreciated and loved.
Laura has moved so much it's hard to keep up. Was the vibrating flat the one before she left for France? That would have driven anyone out of their mind and made them ratty. Maybe she crossed the line with Georg when feeling stressed and Georg can't forgive her....

I just want to know what's happened between her and Georg White. In each others pockets all the time, staying over, living together whenever one of them was temporarily homeless - and Georg also visited Laura when she moved to France ........then nothing, nada
I vaguely remember Laura talking recently about being used by a friend and Georg mentioned something about realising who your friends are.
In the meantime Georg is living her best life like Queen Bee with everyone and particularly Lindy wanting to be her best friend.
Georg also seems to have some "darkness" that is alluded to every now and then, as though we know what she's on about. I'm guessing it's a bereavement, but every time she mentions it I'm asking the TV - what?
