I saw a video from someone else on tiktok talking about that 'health spa'. You have to chew your food over 40 times before swallowing, drink Epsom salts in the morning so you get the people, only eat alkaline foods and eat in complete silence. No wonder Kyra looked so miserable in the video.
I always find it hilarious that any time an influencer has some kind of medical problem (bad 'gut' in Kyra's case) instead of seeking medical advise or a diet change they just take the first gifted option - whether it's a retreat or some kind of supplement. It's just so disingenuous, I don't believe for a second she has anything wrong with her gut.
