When I first visited NYC in my early 20s, I was interested in the food, culture, history, architecture.

These two are in their 30s and are only interested in Gossip Girl, Night at the Museum (a kids movie), a TikTok croissant, and Legos.

The dumbing down is real.

We like to do different things, like staying in the same hotel, eating the same room service, going to the same pizza place, seeing the SAME Broadway show. We are adventurous.

Yeah he also claimed in the beginning of the video that they like to go to NY about once a year and they do different things every time. Correct me if I’m wrong but he’s only been to New York City a handful of times and not always with Casey. He crashed his mom and sister’s trip then he went with Casey a couple times. I don’t remember him ever going before that. He’s such a fucking poser!

True, she doesn’t strike me as adventurous either. But traveling with Kyle is clearly the worst. Like if she went on vacation with literally anybody else, she’d be experiencing things Kyle would usually blow off for selfish reasons.

I think if she had a better boyfriend, she would be doing more fun and adventurous things. I dont think she is opposed to them, but she doesn't have a strong personality and seems to feed off whoever is around her, and Kyle is clearly the worst. He dominates the relationship and she's taken more after him now.

Exactly!!! I remember when she first met him how she mentioned that she used to go on runs every day. I don’t even think she does that anymore. As someone who works out on a regular basis and started working out recently there’s nothing like taking that time for yourself. She’s completely lost herself.

She has regressed to his level. She used to try and suggest doing more adventurous & different things, but Kyle always shut that down. Remember when she tried to stop the repetitive cruises or tried encouraging him to visit different countries? Obviously she doesn't even try or care anymore.
