(And do you need to take a video down to amend a title? is there not an "edit" feature? Genuine question as I don't do vlogs etc.)
Nope, he edits the titles all the time without taking the video down, sometimes several times per day, to try and get picked up by "the algorithm."
That's why I think he's taking the video down after a few hours (two days in a row) as a new effort to try and game the system.
