I reckon they were worried for her. I wish I could remember the post. Basically they were told they can’t do much as she’s over 18 and in a different country and they are her own choices. But that the family were so desperate. They think she’s been exploited for money kind of thing. Drastically changing appearances and clearly taking recreational drugs. I can’t imagine her mam sitting back and allowing this. I’m a young parent myself. I’d be up the walls If she was mine

Then again there was one post by them that had insider information that a screenshot was sent from her private story into a WhatsApp group about getting the ears done so must have some connection

How can someone who has just recently had an OD even consent to have a drastic surgery done? Surely she’s not in the right state of mind to be shipping off to another country by herself and getting surgery. She’s putting her body through so much, I think she needs to take a step back from things.

Btw the discussion before about whether Lucy had bought her place or not (and therefore whether her and Niamh might have fallen out over money) - she just mentioned not wanting to lose her deposit on her story.

I really don't mean to be insensitive here, because Niamh could be depressed and have suicidal thoughts etc. but I just think it was weird that she did it the second she got to barcelona. I'm just thinking maybe she forced her way over there (not asking lucy if she could visit her/springing her visit on Lucy without an invitation) because she knew it would get out, with people noticing she was missing from Lucy's stories etc? Like maybe she planned all of this as a cry for attention? I am in no way making assumptions that she lied about being depressed or anything and I'm not invalidating mental health struggles, it just seems like very strange timing for something like that. Because, if she had done it at home, no one would notice if she was offline for a few days and obviously her boyfriend wouldn't be posting about it. I dont know maybe I'm reaching here
