I don’t think it’s any worse than other credit other than it seems to be aimed at buying clothes (a luxury, as opposed to, for example, food) and generally aimed at younger people.
Next do a similar scheme - ordering online i realised I hadn’t paid and in the post I got a Next Pay card with a £3000 limit! I got a bill a few weeks later. I’d rather pay now thank you.
