I have just seen it and came on to see what everyone else taught. Its sooo bad she looks deformed god love her. Sooo much worse then before. Her legs are way to skinny for it. I'm sooo shocked at how bad it is.

Maybe its swelling. But her sides are ridiculous looking right now.

She’s totally ruined herself she photoshopped the life out of her bum on the latest photo because it must photograph horrible and her stomach you can see lines all over it where the lipo was done

Kim seriously needs to give up that lifestyle she’s in her 20s but the partying has her biologically in her 40s. The surgery is an attempt to settle her somewhere in-between but has failed miserably.
