She must have got married if she’s going to have the baby in Dubai? The law on cohabitation has changed but it’s still a very grey area to actually give birth out of wedlock
They aren’t that strict anymore, loads of people have babies over there not married
Not true I live here and although the law has changed when it comes to living together it’s still very very hard to get paperwork for a baby born without a marriage cert, it’s possible but not easy and certainly just “not strict anymore” it is also only select private hospitals that would take you so anyone I know have still opted for the shotgun wedding last few months
