Oh ok I see. I’d be very sceptical. The fact influencers are flogging them makes me more inclined to think they’ll do next to nothing at best and be dangerous at worst. Hope someone can answer your question

What are they supposed to do? If influencers are pushing them I would stay well clear!

Oh I'm not buying them just wondered if anyone had an honest view of them as only people who are selling them are pushing them at present. They are supposed to put you in ketosis after an hour of drinking without having to follow a keto diet so they will speed up fat loss

So I've saw these ketone drinks being pushed on several influencer pages now. They are £135 for 20 sachets, has anyone tried them?
