I use CBD to manage pain from a serious progressive health condition, alongside seeing a chiropractor and acupuncturist. I felt fried when I tried the prescribed pain medication, so finding a different way has really helped me. Don‘t let the Koketona‘s of this world put you off from trying CBD, if that is something that you are considering. However, if you are hoping for a jaw wobbling experience, like Kezzoh is having, the CBD won‘t provide that vibe. 
Fair, but they are completely different effects. Valium is old school , it really only goes one way, gabapentin and Pregabalin are designed to treat so many different issues that they have so many more side effects and abusing Valium has a completely different effect than pregabs, can be far more trippy but in a weird way, not the traditional sense

I’m moved around between pregabalin, amitriptyline, tapentadol, tramadol, gabapentin and sometime naltrexone

I use Holistic Herb from Holland and Barrett, it is expensive though, so I don‘t use it all the time. It doesn’t get rid of pain, it just takes the edge off. I also have a biftah, which helps loads. I find acupuncture and chiropractor sessions to be the best thing for pain relief, depending on the cause of your pain. It felt mad that no one (at hospital) had ever put their hands on me, until I went to a chiropractor! I hope that you can find something that works for you.
