Tbf I can’t see the children being removed. He’s clean now so no matter what we think of him

You're wrong again. The role of social services is to investigate and social services view 16 year olds as children. The age of consent is not taken into consideration when it comes to protecting children.
There is wealth of proof on tiktok of him grooming her before the age of 16. Why do you think social workers go to university? They have to be able to investigate and look at things deeply.

Even at 16 you are a child in the eyes of the law. Yes it's the age of consent but absolutely still classed as a child especially in this situation
